SwishCam Support

SwishCam helps parents and coaches record basketball games with an embedded scoreboard, player scoring history, and highlight generation.

Before recording

Allow Camera, Microphone, and Photos access. Keep sufficient free storage available and place the iPhone in landscape orientation.

Recording recovery

If a recording is interrupted, reopen SwishCam and follow the recovery message. Do not delete the app while a recording is being recovered.

Subscription help

Use Restore Purchases in the SwishCam Pro screen after changing devices. Subscription billing and cancellation are managed in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Report a problem at github.com/WalterJia/SwishCamSupport/issues. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Do not upload private youth-sports videos to a public issue.
